Translation. The Spanish originals at ../../design/ are authoritative — this is the one area of the repository where Spanish is the source, because it is the record of the design conversation itself (DEC-I1).

Amending a decision

A DEC-* is closed. If reality changes one, do not edit it in place: write an ADR that supersedes it, state which DEC it changes and why, and update every document that cites it in the same change. Silent edits break the traceability the whole system depends on. ADR-021 (superseding DEC-H2) and ADR-022 (extending DEC-B1) are the two worked examples.
