TS-002 cannot start until A1 is applied: it defines both new ports, and the constitution forbids
ports outside the named categories.
The founding text
founding-constitution.md is a reconstruction awaiting validation,
written at the owner’s request because the gap was blocking TS-002 and amendment A1. Every rule is
tagged [derived], [inferred] or [proposed] so the review can move fast where the evidence
is strong and slow where it is not.
The weakest part is Part 2, the six port categories: amendment A1 tells us there are exactly six and
that queues were not among them, but not what they are. Everything there is deduced from the stack.
Once validated, Part 1 moves into AGENTS.md, the §9 gap disappears, and TS-002 unblocks.
