Canonical Slices

Two archetypes coexist (DEC-I5). Every task spec declares which one it follows — copying the wrong archetype is a review-blocking error.

Status meanings: SPEC = the pattern as designed, no code behind it yet. WALKTHROUGH = the doc points at real, merged files and stays in sync with them.
