# Legal Package — WORKING DRAFTS (v0.1, August 2026)

> Target regulatory context: Ley 21.719 (fully in force 2026-12-01, APDP operational), Ley 19.628 in whatever survives, LGPD (Brazil) as the strictest floor for South American operation, and the law of each supported country.
