# Data Protection Officer Designation Record — DRAFT v0.1

Softcrum SpA designates as Data Protection Officer (DPO), on a provisional basis until a new

contact with the Personal Data Protection Agency and with data subjects; oversight of compliance with
Ley 21.719 and internal policies; advice on DPIAs; coordination of breach response per the 72-hour
