# Diagrams

> Tooling is fixed by DEC-I2: the diagram-design skill (cathrynlavery/diagram-design) — 27 editorial diagram types, self-contained HTML + SVG, brand-token onboarding from a website, SVG/PNG export. Mermaid is not the standard here.

| [`diagram-specs.md`](/diagrams/diagram-specs) | The 13 diagrams to render: type, nodes, focal accent, annotations |
| `src/` | Versioned HTML sources produced by the skill |
| `exports/` | SVG/PNG exports consumed by Mintlify (same source feeds both languages) |

## Rendering

1. Onboard the skill once against the Softcrum site so every diagram inherits the brand palette.
2. Render each section of `diagram-specs.md` — one section is one diagram, and the type names
   already match the skill's catalog.
3. Export SVG into `exports/` and reference those files from `../mintlify/`.

Diagrams are repository artifacts: they are versioned, reviewed, and regenerated when the
underlying spec changes — never hand-patched.
